"For as lightning that comes from the east is visible even in the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man.
At that time the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and all the nations of the Earth will mourn. They will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of the sky, with great power and great glory. And He will send His angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather His elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other.
Now learn this lesson from the fig tree: As soon as its twigs get tender and its leaves come out, you know that summer is near. Even so, when you see all these things, you know that it is near, right at the door. I tell you the truth, this generation will certainly not pass away until all these things have happened. Heaven and Earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away."
Jesus said: "I am coming soon!" The Question is: How soon is soon?
Jesus said: "...the time is near!" The Question is: How near is near?
The Grace of God + The Blessed Hope
For the Grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men. It teaches us to say "No" to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age, while we wait for The Blessed Hope - the glorious appearing of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for us to redeem us from all wickedness and to purify for Himself a people that are His very own, eager to do what is good."

"Watch!"
The Day and Hour Unknown.
"No one knows about the day or hour, not even the angels in Heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father." Be on guard! Be alert! You do not know when the time will come. It's like a man going away: He leaves his house and puts his servants in charge, each with his assigned task, and tells the one at the door to keep watch.
"Therefore keep watch because you do not know when the owner of the house will come back, whether in the evening, or at midnight, or when the rooster crows, or at dawn. If he comes suddenly, do not let him find you sleeping. What I say to you, I say to everyone: 'Watch!'"
Mark 13:32-37
The Maker of All Things loves me and wants me to know Him.
How soon is soon? How near is near? The answer to those questions is known only by God the Father. It is His decision alone that will determine when Jesus will return to Planet Earth to resurrect all of the "saved" people from their graves and to gather those living at that time who will inherit the Kingdom of God. This is the First Resurrection. In doing so, the millennial reign of a thousand years will begin in Heaven, while the Earth is devoid of life except for Satan the devil and his angels who have no one to deceive. It is only after the thousand years are over that those (the "lost") who were not part of the First Resurrection will come out of their graves to receive their reward. This is the Second Resurrection. The reward of the "lost" is eternal death from which there is no resurrection and no existence. The newly created Earth at that time becomes the home of the "saved," - the righteous ones who know God. They will inherit eternity with God the Father, with God's Son Jesus Christ, with the Holy Spirit.
